Explaination

Ylang Ylang application aalow user to booking and purchase for the tourism services provided in the app through online payment gateway.

Tickets only valid when the user has complete the payment process in Ylang Ylang app system. The valid of the ticket will be lasted until the moment that user has booked for the service.

General conditions

Geo-restrictions

The tourism services appear in the app which provided to users is limited to the territory of Vietnam. Details of address and time to provide the service is displayed in the app.

Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellation and refund policies are different between the services. Users can find those information in service descriptions in the app.

If the service do support refund on cancellation, the ticket will be provided to the user along with the refundable moment. If the ticket is cancelled before the refundable moment, 100% of the ticket will be refunded to the user. Otherwise, the ticket will be fully charged.

Information and prices

Services information and prices will change by the service usage time. User can check for the those information while making the booking in the app.

Payment

The app allow user to purchase for the ticked via domestic bank cards or international cards. Transactions will be proceed on a online payment gateway provided by VNPAY - Viet Nam Payment Solution JSC.

Rights and obligations

Users and service users

When the ticked has been purchased, service users have right to use the service that has been booked by the ticked at the selected time which had been made while booking.

Service user has obligation to provide correct information while registering the account, booking to serve for contact, providing the services and customer care.

Service user has obligation to arrive to service supplier location on booked time or before the time that regulated by the supplier. Out of regulated time, supplier has right to refuse providing service to the user without the obligation to refund for the ticket.

Service user has obligation to provide booked ticked and other content which is required by the supplier to assure to provide the service to correct customer.

Supplier

Supplier has obligation to check for service tickets to assure providing services to correct users.

Supplier has obligation to provide correct service that supplier had agree to provide on the system to the user following the information on the ticket.

Supplier has right to refuse to provide services if recognise that ticket provided by user has any evidence of has being used, fraud, provided incorrect information or dued preserve time of supplier.

Privacy policy

In the process of using the application's services, some personal information of the user will be collect to assure the app feature work correctly.

Collected information including:

Collected information will be store in the system and use in long term. The information will also be shared to the supplier so that supplier can contact to user and provide service correctly.

User may modify some personal information within the app or request to delete the account to remove all personal information form the app system.

Note: information which shared as a copy like email, print will be out of scope of management of the system
